The twenty-two story Overlook III office building spanning 438,709 square feet is the second building in Atlanta owned and managed by Parmenter Realty Partners to achieve LEED Certification.
Parmenter worked in close collaboration with BVM Engineering and adopted energy saving schemes to make Overlook II an energy-efficient and sustainable office building. The firm has re-commissioned the mechanical systems, retrofitted restroom faucets and toilets with low-flow devices, and undertook a full building lighting retrofit. The green cleaning and recycling programs already in place has been reinforced.
Parmenter achieved LEED-Gold in 2009 for 1000 Parkwood, a 211,000 square feet building in the Northwest Atlanta submarket. Parmenter Realty Partners is a privately held real estate investment, management, and development company, headquartered in Miami, Florida.
