The exterior of the resort will be clad in a shimmering and curvy glass facade. The property will feature a 47-level hotel tower which is 710 feet tall. The tower will house about 1,900 rooms including a 2,000 square feet loft suite covering two floors. It will be fitted with a slanted roof and will be topped by a massive sphere. The rooms of the hotel are adorned in modern furnishings.

The lobby will be positioned on the building’s sixth floor at 114 feet above sea level. It will comprise the InOut Pool and will offer ocean views. The property will also feature the O2 consisting of six living rooms, bars, a pool bar and a bistro. The main entryway of the resort will sport a soaring atrium. The atrium will be fitted with glimmering gold artistic renderings composed of 19,700 shiny circles hanging from steel cables. The circles will reflect the sun and allow natural light penetration in the entrance. The atrium will feature colossal escalators which will serve as a liaison between the valet parking, Boardwalk entrance, casino, meeting rooms and the hotel lobby.

The casino floor, donning a red and gold colour scheme, will span more than 130,000 square feet. It will be decorated with sculpture-like features which will be suspended from the ceiling, as well as advanced light and sound systems. The resort will also accommodate a poker room in the mezzanine level fitted with 37 tables, as well as the Ivan Kane’s Royal Jelly nightclub. The gaming floor as well as all other segments of the resorts have been designed to allow views of the ocean.

The resort will incorporate a 5,050-seat Ovation Hall, and a theatre with a seat capacity of 700.
