The project was completed in association with US-based companies Miller Design Golf Course Architecture, a golf course architectural design practice, and DHR Construction Incorporated, a full-service golf course renovation contractor.

The project has enabled the 70-year old, 18-hole golf course to achieve United States Golf Association (USGA) standards. Work encompassed development of new greens and tees, sand bunkers, an irrigation system, drainage systems, and cart paths. The cart paths have witnessed reduction in width from eight feet to seven feet.

To restore the fairway to its original shape and size, the encroaching trees were either pruned or removed. Work also involved addition of new slopes and roll, making the course more challenging. The team has created more pin locations, which has elevated the old golf course to a tournament level golf course.

To foster sustainability, Stellar has also recycled the concrete from old cart paths and reused as fill material for building berms. Work on the scheme began in January 2011 and was completed in March 2012.
