The apartments, designed by Woods Bagot Architects, are a part of The Residences at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort. The complex accommodates a total of 259 apartments comprising one, two, three and four bedroom units along with five penthouses, all of them sporting a Mediterranean style. The building features tile roof and arches with its exterior donning a light shell pink shade. The apartments are also adorned with countertops in marble, high ceilings as well as tile designs. Further, all the units offer views of the surrounding area.
The apartments located in the ground level feature private gardens as well as terraces. The larger units consists of a timber pergola BBQ terrace. The penthouse apartments of the facility have been equipped with roof terraces in addition to private pools.
The facility houses a pair of large pool decks such as the lap pool deck measuring 25 metres which dons a private lounging terrace. Central courtyards, water fountains, and three swimming pools for apartment residents including the main pool, a pool for children and the water play section constitute other features of the facility.
