It incorporates various eco-friendly elements. The facility incorporates water-side economization to meet the cooling needs of the building. It also makes use of in-row cooling and heat recovery technologies to provide power and cooling capabilities.
The facility has further installed real-time monitoring. It helps the centre track its Power User Effectiveness which contributed to its sustainability by benchmarking energy efficiency. The project has reaped energy efficiency incentives worth $100,000.
