The new store will sport a bright colour scheme in its interior, lower shelving to improve visibility level, and directional signage on every aisle to allow a quick product search. The facility will also align the departments which are most frequently visited by the customers.

The property will incorporate a host of eco-friendly elements such as skylights for daylight harvesting. The skylights will reap up to 75% of energy savings for lighting per day. Energy consumption will be further reduced with installation of LED lighting systems which are 70% more efficient compared to fluorescent lighting.

The building will be equipped with low-flow toilets and faucets which cut down the amount of water usage. The cement utilised in the concrete flooring of the store will be formed of reclaimed materials whereas the finish of the floor will decrease requirement of chemical cleaners. The store will also employ measures to reduce waste.
