Work on the facility, located on a 12-acre site, will be carried out in phases. The first phase will involve a makeover of its rooms, common area, restaurant and other amenities. This phase is due to be ready by the fourth quarter of 2011.

The revamped living areas of the one, two, three and four-bedroom suites of the hotel will be adorned with new carpeting, modern furniture pieces and appliances made of stainless steel. The rooms will be oriented to allow optimum natural light penetration. The look will be complemented through presence of new kitchen small wares, supple bedding, painted accent walls and artistic pieces. All the rooms of the renovated hotel will incorporate flat screen HD TVs whereas the Wi-Fi service of the facility will also be overhauled as part of the project.

The facility’s common areas will undergo an upgrade with new fencing and contemporary lounge chairs. It will be fitted with new exterior lighting fixtures and will sport a new landscape architecture replicating a soft desert outdoor ambience. The hotel will also install directional and way finding signage by the end of 2011.

In addition, the Asada Desert Grille restaurant of the hotel will receive a facelift with a new kitchen comprising advanced appliances. It will also be arranged in a new pattern which will enhance its accommodation capacity and will facilitate larger events.
