The new school building is a two form entry school that has a capacity for 480 pupils. The school also includes a nursery for 60 kids. The school incorporated several facilities, which include an ICT suite, sports hall, a dining hall and a brand new kitchen.
The dining hall can also double as other activity spaces. The new building is enveloped by landscaped area. To foster outdoor education, it includes an outdoor multi-use games area, a sports field, as well as a wildlife area. The school also has a new community hub, which is currently being used as a venue for a local playgroup.
Construction of the new school began in February 2011.
