The building will be the new location for The Outlet by E.L.S hybrid warehouse store which is one of the premiere discount outlets in Southern California. The facility, sporting a concrete tilt up build, will span over an area of 47,000 square feet. It will be fitted with a hybrid steel and wood roof.

The property will imbibe several green features. It will incorporate a rainwater retention basin below its parking space located on site. The basin will prevent the immediate flow of the rainwater into the storm drains and rather help it seep into the ground naturally. Reclaiming 70-75% of its building materials like cement forms, cardboard, metals, and drywall will add to the sustainability factor. Other eco-friendly elements include use of locally-sourced concrete, construction of weather based irrigation controllers to control landscape irrigation, and creation of bicycle storage space.

The new building is due for completion by July 2012.
