The facility has been designed by studio505 and developed by Grocon with Umow Lai serving as sustainability consultants. The building, completed in 2010, encompasses four floors. It imbibes a wide array of green elements which include wind turbines on the roof. The structure has been fitted with tracking solar panels. The facility is also carbon-positive.
The property incorporates Living Edge reed beds. These create shading and help in the treatment of grey water stored from the building. A unique feature of the building is its colourful panelised façade. The facade maximises penetration of natural light, shade, glare control and views.
