The facility, owned by CBL & Associates Properties, Incorporation, spans over an area of 775,000 square feet. It will sport a contemporary style post overhaul with incorporation of a host of new facilities. These include a new flooring and lighting fixtures, which will be complemented by soft seating areas and décor, apart from upgraded entryways. The building will also receive fresh coats of paint following the makeover.
The food court of the mall will undergo a complete revamp as part of the project. The remodelled food court will be equipped with new tables and chairs.
The renderings of the refurbishment will be revealed by 16 February 2012 with the project due for completion by November 2012.
