Swiss high-end bathroom solution company Laufen will launch four new product lines. With the Sonar bathroom collection, Laufen will present the third generation of SaphirKeramik – washbasins, washbasin bowls and bathtubs designed by Patricia Urquiola. Cleanet Navia – the new shower toilet – and Val, a simplistic multi-product range with distinctive architectural lines, will be accompanied by LAUFEN Bespoke, a new comprehensive bespoke service offering custom-made products.
Morgan, the design-led British furniture company, will feature its contemporary seating and table ranges. The Porto Collection will be launched at Sleep + Eat and will include upholstered dining, tub and lounge chairs. Morgan will also showcase the latest additions to the Pimlico Collection, including a high-back sculptural sofa and new innovative 3D printed additions to the Rio coffee table collection. Alongside this will be the launch of Soho banquette modular system.
A Sleep + Eat newcomer, Poggenpohl, the luxury German furniture brand, will present their +Stage unit. Designed to meet modern storage needs, +Stage comes in themed variations including ‘bar’, ‘office’, ‘breakfast’, ‘wardrobe’, ‘kitchen’ or even ‘tea’. Simon Richmond, UK’s Managing Director of Poggenpohl, says: “Our brand is celebrating its 125th anniversary this year, yet we continue to develop new products and investigate new markets. This will be our first time exhibiting at Sleep + Eat – we were attracted by the new thinking behind the event and feel it will result in some positive
introductions”.
Ligne Roset Contract will be presenting their signature sofa ranges, each created by a different designer. TOGO sofa, designed by Michel Ducaroy, had been described by the designer as “a tube of toothpaste folded over on itself like a stovepipe and closed at both ends”. TOGO range will be accompanied by Ploum sofa; Paipaï range, born from origami ideas; and Prado, a low settee inspired by nomadic lifestyle and freedom.
Phillip Jeffries – a family-owned US company and a manufacturer and importer of textured wallcoverings – will feature one of its newest digital collections Arboretum. It was developed through a digital printing process, which allows for millions of hues to be captured in hyper-detail, where artistry meets innovation. Featuring a bold scale of palms, succulents, and grasses, Arboretum is available in seven vibrant colorations. Other collections will include Havana, Serenity, and Vinyl Maldives.
This year marks 25 years for Hansgrohe’s AXOR – a collection of taps, showerheads and accessories – and its legacy is honoured with the launch of AXOR MyEdition, a range of taps created in collaboration with the Stuttgart-based design studio, Phoenix Design. Hansgrohe will also launch PowderRain, the new micro spray technology enabling water to fall softly onto the skin without bouncing off. Beyond the physical sensation, it is also designed to be quieter than traditional showers, contributing to a relaxing experience that indulges all the senses.
Quality contract furnishing fabrics supplier Sekers will present a vast selection of hospitality fabric ranges. Brand new at Sleep + Eat will be Polyester velvet collections COPERNICUS – a versatile collection of two woven velvets – and KOROWAI, a collection of four elegant drapery designs echoing the natural textures of the West Papuan rainforest.
Decorative lighting brand Chelsom will show products from its latest collection, Edition 26, a truly eclectic lighting collection that harnesses and refines the latest trends in finishes and materials, with dominating elements including brass tones, textured Venetian coloured glass, and varying marble finishes. All pieces are available with LED light sources to accommodate the latest developments in technology and energy efficiency. Edition 26 was designed by in-house creative duo, Robert and Will Chelsom.
Coming back to exhibit at the show for the second time, Bang & Olufsen, will be showing a range of ultra-high definition TV’s for the hospitality sector, public area audio solutions and guest room Bluetooth speakers. A must-see will be the brand’s signature product BeoSound Shape – a wall-mounted wireless speaker system that can be used in unlimited configurations, delivering immersive sound staging, a customisable design and integrated noise dampers for improved room acoustics.
Also returning to the show, the UK’s textile brand Camira will showcase its Hospitality range. Known worldwide for its best-selling fabric Blazer – a classic pure wool upholstery fabric with a billiard cloth felt finish – Camira designs and manufactures over eight million metres of fabric for around 80 countries each year.
GROHE will return to Sleep + Eat as Founder Partner for the 13th year, and alongside its core hospitality ranges, will be exhibiting its latest bathroom and technology products including new tap collections and the SmartControl Concealed shower.
Other familiar names exhibiting at Sleep + Eat will include Parla Design, Sleepeezee, Jung, Drapilux, Kobe, Flint, Faro Barcelona, De Sede, Style Library Contract, Victoria + Albert Baths, Lincrusta, THG Paris, and Quasar. Newcomers will include family-run designers BluePrint Ceramics, Ireland based Flair Showers, and Atlas Concorde, the Italian wall tile company.
