Paul Carroll has been with GEZE since 2002, where he started in the design team. This recent promotion into the new role of Technical Manager is a culmination of his experience and means he will be responsible for the technical specification of products and support of internal departments.
His team will become the information hub which supports GEZE’s project managers and the sales and service teams as they work to provide the most appropriate solution for customers’ needs.
Paul commented: "By ensuring all product related information is in one team, GEZE can ensure that this information is shared with our customers in the most appropriate ways.
"I will be looking to ensure the website provides all the appropriate technical information customers need. I will also be working to ensure that service engineers have access to cloud based information, so they can access whatever they need to support customers when they are on site."
Managing Director Kaz Spiewakowski commented: "This role brings all our technical expertise together, and makes that information more easily available to the customers.
