The Company’s distinctive locations include Maltings Place, Tower Bridge Road. The site, formerly the home of the Sarsons Vinegar Brewery, is a mix of historic (some dating back over 200 years) and contemporary buildings, developed to provide some wonderful apartments, many retaining the superb original features and facades, perfect to stay in during any visit to London.

Leading UK carpet manufacturer Heckmondwike FB were chosen to supply their Dreadnought flooring, from their Entrance Area range of carpets, for the flooring of the corridors and entrance areas of Think Apartment’s Atrium Building.

Available in 10 colourways, Dreadnought entrance flooring is easy to maintain, will not ravel or fray, passes all flammability tests, and Dreadnought tiles are BRE certified. It is also available as a Loose Lay Mat, in a variety of sizes.

Zoe Lister, Development Manager for Think Apartments explains: “We wanted flooring that was suitable for a heavy amount of foot traffic and general wear and tear, but we also wanted something that was very stylish and good value for money. Dreadnought has an attractive diagonal ribbed surface that really catches the eye and compliments the contemporary style of the building.”

Geoff Jones, Area Manager at Heckmondwike FB, says: “We are delighted that Think Apartments chose Dreadnought and we were able to help them with their refurbishments. Dreadnought is made to a high specification, ensuring it performs in the most demanding environments. I am certain that it will service the apartments for many years to come.”
