When two engineers began working at Steelcase they recognized their workplace, unintentionally, didn’t fully represent their experiences as Black men or other underrepresented groups in the U.S. Empowered by leaders who listened, the pair leveraged the power of art to help make their spaces more diverse, foster a greater sense of belonging, and spark a larger dialogue about culture.
