TSAR Carpets worked collaboratively with Studios Architecture and Rottet Studios on the refurbishment of the historic New York Stock Exchange building in New York City. We were given two floors and fifteen separate spaces to transform, while keeping true to the building's treasured past.

Balancing Aesthetics, Budget & Performance
We were tasked with creating multiple designs and developing solutions that resulted in the ideal balance between both design firm's aesthetic visions and expectations. Keeping true to the past as well as mindful of the present was essential. Understanding the different spaces allowed us to specify the optimal performing product for each individual situation, whilst staying within budget without aesthetics falling short.
Concept To Reality
We carefully specified the custom elements of each design, incorporating a range of different product offerings based on the space it would inhabit. Working collaboratively with Studios Architecture and Rottet Studios on the iconic NYSE was a big accomplishment for the team. Each area surpassed expectations – reflecting the brief and adhering to timelines.
