The facility will overhaul 470 rooms as part of the project. The design of the revamped rooms will draw references from the spring and autumn seasons. The rooms bearing an autumnal undertone will be adorned in warm shades while the spring-influenced rooms will incorporate a clean style.
The hotel rooms will also be equipped with a host of modern amenities following the facelift. It includes new flat screen TVs measuring 37 inches, new Jensen beds, luvury duvets as well as pillows from Mühldorfer, a new mini bar, and ironing board. Further, the remodelled rooms will offer internet service while allowing glimpses of the surrounding landscape.
The refurbishment will result in a complete overhaul of the interior portion of the facility. The conference and meeting facilities and hallways will undergo a revamp. The renovated conference and meeting areas will be fitted with new furniture pieces, carpeting, as well as advanced equipment while offering internet access. The design of the meeting rooms will also optimise natural light penetration post upgrades.
The project is scheduled for completion by 2012.
