The 20-story 126 meter tall building features an exterior frame measuring 100 meters, with telecommunications antenna adding another 26 meters.

The inscription ‘Non Plus Ultra’ meaning ‘nothing further beyond’, appears on the façade – a giant lattice – completely surrounding the perimeter. It is a mythical motto from the legend of the Pillars of Hercules. This structure is designed to protect the inside of the building from excess solar radiation while providing panoramic views of the Bay of Algeciras, the Rock of Gibraltar, and the Serrania.

Located in the Bay of Algeciras, the two identical 20-story cylindrical towers are surrounded by a man-made lake. The towers are joined by a crystalline prism designed to house the hallways connecting the two buildings. The grid protects the terrace roof-top deck, which is also designed to function as a base for possible energy collecting and telecommunications systems.

On the top floor, 80 meters up, will be a lookout restaurant. The building also features a main entrance for pedestrians and cars. The ground-level parking lot is organized around a landscaped area. The parking space can accommodate about 200 cars.

The 19,000 square meters structure is contracted by the Valcruz company of Cordoba. The majority of the building space will be used for office. Some of the floors will feature commercial space and services such as coffee shops, bank branches, a travel agency, a messenger service, etc.
