The project has remodelled the meeting areas of the facility including its largest room named Northbrook donning a foyer. The hotel also includes a pair of smaller executive meeting rooms named the Boardroom and Glenview, and the new Evanston designed to serve intimate meetings. All the meeting rooms and ballrooms sport new carpets, wall coverings, window treatments, furniture, lighting fixtures, and an ADA wheelchair lift post upgrades. The look in the revamped rooms has been complemented by installation of various artistic renderings.
Further, the hotel has refurbished its concierge lounge which has now been fitted with new furniture pieces, TVs, refrigerators, wall treatments, and window coverings. The renovated lounge also incorporates workstations, computers with connections to printers and fax machines, as well as a sound system.
