The lobby, designed by architecture and interior design firm Leo A Daly, replicates the style of a lounge. It sports soothing blue, gold, and several other warm and vibrant shades. Among the various features of the lobby are a library, cafe, resort shop as well as an expanded Promenade bar.
The new library features a central fireplace with a pair of massive millwork on either sides. The bar of the lobby has been equipped with furniture pieces which have been strategically arranged to make the room spacious.
The verandah of the resort now comprises extra seating facilities along with a fire pit on the patio floor. The upgraded resort also features new artistic renderings including Chihuly pieces, as well as a custom Dinauer sculpture at the entryway. The Mediterranean Revival-style architectural details have been restored.
The resort already features a 72-slip marina, 18-hole Tampa Bay golf course, tennis complex consisting of 12 courts, fitness centre, and outdoor pool.
