The Little Nell is a 5-star and 5-diamond ski resort and hotel located in Aspen, Colorado. First Finish completed the project in three months for the launch of a ski season.
The hotel comprises of 92 guestrooms and suites finished in American black walnut millwork and ornamental metals. They are also furnished with Spanish marble tile hand-picked from Spain.
Smart room technology panels are installed in every room to control temperature, TV, music volume levels and lighting through wireless. All the previous doors of the resort are converted into mulch and the existing furniture was given to a local Habitat for Humanity chapter.
This 95,000 square foot project was undertaken by First Finish along with the residential designer Holly Hunt, Architect Rowland + Broughton Architecture and Urban Design.
