The Marriott franchised property will be operated by Texas Western Hospitality (TWH). It is the ninth property in the Houston area which is under management by TWH.
The new facility houses a total of 120 suites featuring studio and one bedroom suites. The suites incorporate a host of amenities such as fully equipped kitchens, dedicated work stations, as well as offer internet access.
