The Rezidor Hotel Group has been designed by New York-based architect John Fotiadis and will sport a contemporary look. It will be surrounded by 19th century vineyards and botanical gardens and will be partially connected to the rehabilitated wine estate. The facility will house a total of 100 rooms and will consist of more than 1,000 square metres of spa facilities, treatment rooms, and a gym. It will also comprise a relaxation area, as well as an infinity swimming pool which will offer views of the Caucasus Mountain range.
The facility will incorporate an original wine cellar spanning over 4,000 square metres for special occasions and tastings. Among the various other features of the resort include a specialist gourmet restaurant with outdoor terrace, a lounge, along with cigar and pool bars.
The property is expected to open by 2014.
