The property which will house the hotel will receive a facelift for transformation into The Park Inn by Radisson brand. The new property will house a total of 234 rooms. Its meeting space will span over an area of 500 square metres which includes a ballroom.
The facility will consist of three restaurants including à la carte, pizzeria and barbecue, as well as all-day dining area. Among various other features of the hotel include four different bars, indoor and outdoor pools, along with Thalasso and spa facilities encompassing more than 2,000 square metres. The property will also allow direct access to a 200 metre sandy beach.
The hotel is due to open by 2013 end.
