The Reserve along the Caribbean sea will incorporate a contemporary look while also incorporating the historic elements of the region into the design. It will comprise a hotel and a spa as well as residential units. The new luxury island resort and spa will feature 100 guestrooms, 14 one-bedroom suites as well as one five-bedroom VIP villa.
Other features of the Reserve include a botanical spa spanning over a five-acre area of land, a new Beach Club as well as a Wind and Waves centre which will allow guests to have nature-related adventures. All the guest rooms will be located on the sea beach.
The Reserve will also comprise the West Beach and East Beach residential units. There will be 27 beachfront condominiums at West Beach in addition to 18 villas and townhomes at East Beach.
The new Reserve is set to open by December 2012.
