The 493-room hotel is situated on a 213,500 square metre site, with a one kilometer driveway.
The hotel features stately architecture modeled on traditional palaces and elegant Arabian residences. The ochre facades of the hotel blend with the verdant landscape of the gardens which feature native palms, 600-year old olive trees from Lebanon, and water fountains.
The hotel offers 49 two-bedroom Royal suites each measuring 430 square metres, 50 two-bedroom Executive suites, 5,800 square metres of conference space including two ballrooms measuring 1,970 square metres each, theaters, several smaller meeting rooms and a conference area.
Additional features include an indoor heated pool on the ground level, a health club and spa, tennis courts and a 1,000 square metre six-lane indoor bowling alley. In case of a medical emergency, the hotel also includes an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with separate rooms for patients. Guests can also enjoy the luxury of a private helipad.
