The facility, offering a host of townhome and condominium-style designs, has been developed by Fort Lincoln New Town Corporation. The condos encompass one or two floors consisting of up to 3 bedrooms, up to 2 1/2 baths, and one-car garages. The townhomes covering three to four levels offer up to 4 bedrooms, and up to 3 1/2 baths. They also feature large lofts, and garages with a capacity to accommodate one or two cars.
All the homes of the new property have been equipped with kitchen countertops made of granite, GE appliances, hardwood kitchen flooring, ceramic bathrooms, and composite decks. In addition, the homes are Energy Star-certified and have been built to reduce utility bills up to 30% per month compared to standard homes.
