The redevelopment will include an upgraded and more modern external façade. Roux-ché Locke, the Group Manager for Public Relations of the company said that O&L Group decided that a complete redevelopment of the existing shopping mall was required to ensure a more up-market look and feel. Traders like upgraded Pick ‘n Pay, Clicks, Foschini, American Swiss will be occupying the new mall.
The Ohlthaver & List Group of Companies will invest NAD24 million ($3.12 million) into the upgrade of this Seagulls Shopping Mall. Broll Namibia will oversee the entire project as project managers remain the property manager and leasing agent for the shopping mall.
