Located off I-44 in Texas, the 670,000-square-foot Sikes Senter Mall is the only enclosed, regional mall within a 100-mile radius.
As per the plan, the renovation includes the installation of new tile flooring throughout the common areas, enhancement of lighting throughout the property, upgradation of the interior and exterior signage, and addition of a children’s play area.
The Sikes Senter Mall renovation is scheduled to be completed prior to the holiday season in 2013.
Serving the nearby Sheppard Air Force Base, the centre is anchored by Dillard’s, JC Penney, Sears and Carmike Cinema and features over 80 specialty retailers including Aeropostale, Bath & Body Works, American Eagle Outfitters, Victoria’s Secret, Old Navy, Hollister and The Children’s Place.
