The property will reopen under the Westin flag rebranded as Westin Snowmass Resort. The resort will house 254 rooms while raising the number of its suites to 20. All the rooms will provide slope-side views. Relaxed lighting systems, and natural botanicals will serve as the predominant features of its lobby area.
Every guestroom will be equipped with Westin Heavenly Bed featuring lush sheets, down cushioning and a patented pillow-top mattress. The rooms will also incorporate an ergonomic work area and offer internet service. Further, the refurbished property will comprise the Heavenly Bath consisting of Heavenly Shower, Heavenly Robe as well as bath amenities from White Tea Aloe.
The facility will now feature the new WestinWORKOUT fitness centre while its current gym will be converted into a spa. Its upper pool will be revamped into a landscaped area to serve outdoor events, and its lower pool will be reconstructed to feature a pair of large hot tubs. The resort will also feature a new restaurant named The Snowmass Kitchen following the makeover.
The overhauled conference centre is due to reopen by 1 June 2012.
