Funded by foreign direct investments (FDI) from Millennium Spire Ltd, Spire Edge, a 1.6 million square feet eco-office complex spread over 150 acres in the north Indian city of Gurgaon, was adjudged ‘The Best Office Development’ and ‘The Best Architecture’ in India.
Spire Edge is based on the tenets of ‘mainstream green development’, and is designed to be up to 30% more energy efficient.
Developed by a team of renowned architects under the leadership of Ken Yeang, Spire Edge is the only Indian project selected to represent Asia-Pacific region for ‘The World’s Best’ title at the International Property Awards that will be held by the end of 2009.
