The SpringHill Suites Denver Aurora/Fitzsimons will operate as a Marriott franchise. The property will be owned by Corporex – Select Service Hotels and managed by Commonwealth Hotels.
The hotel has been designed for both business and leisure travelers. Each of the suites feature an iHome docking station while a pullout sofa bed and lounge chair with ottoman offers additional space. The rooms come with separate bathroom and shower areas that can be accessed through sliding doors. All bathrooms feature a marble-top vanity, iridescent tile walls and creative lighting to offer a spa-like ambiance.
The hotel offers 750 square feet of meeting space to accommodate small meetings and functions of up to 50 people. The hotel also features a business center, an indoor swimming pool and whirlpool spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center and express checkout.
