The new 175-bed hospital will feature a steel and glass structure in an attempt to look different from other campuses in the Puget Sound region. The building will be developed in two stages.

The first stage will be unveiled in July 2011. It will feature Primary Care; Emergency Room; Imaging and Women’s Imaging Centers; Outpatient Surgery; Cancer Center; Physical Therapy and Physiatry Center; Cardiac Diagnostic and Infusion Center; Anti-coagulation and Anemia Center; and Specialty Care Clinics which will include Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatric Specialty Care, General Surgery, Cardiology, Colon and Rectal, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Orthopedics, Spine care, Urology, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Pain, Otolaryngology (ENT), Allergy, Audiology and Plastics. The campus will also unveil the pharmacy, Education & Conference Center, café and retail stores in July.

The stage two will be unveiled in mid-November 2011 and will include Inpatient Surgery, Labor & Delivery and Postpartum Units, Pediatric Inpatient Unit, Medical/Surgical Inpatient Unit, and Intensive Care Unit.

Foundation excavation on the construction site was completed in September 2009 with the work on the facility beginning in January 2010.
