The facility houses a total of 1677 new apartment homes in four separate communities named Murano, Umbria, Veneto and Cadenza. The design of the apartments in these communities replicates neoclassical-styled buildings of Venice, Florence, Italy, and Symi Isle in Greece. The apartments comprise one-bedroom, one-bath units spanning 556 square feet, as well as two-bedroom townhome units covering an area of 1197 square feet. The two-bedroom units feature a den and two-and-a-half baths.
Murano Apartments consist of one-bedroom, one-bath and two-bedroom, two-bath apartments. All the units of Murano incorporate counters made of granite for kitchen and bathroom, walk-in closets, a refrigerator from Whirlpool, a microwave, garage and various other features.
Umbria Apartments comprise one-bedroom, one-bath up to two-bedrooms, two-baths. The units have been fitted with a Whirlpool refrigerator, microwave, counters formed of quartz in kitchens and bathrooms, hardware and plumbing systems donning a polished chrome finish, a garage and other elements.
Veneto Apartments sport one-bedroom, one-bath to two-bedrooms, two-bath units. The units imbibe various features such as separate dining spaces, quartz counters in kitchens and bathrooms, as well as appliances in stainless steel. Other features installed in the units include hardware and plumbing fixtures, crown molding, hardwood-style flooring, a Whirlpool refrigerator, microwave, and garage.
Cadenza Townhomes acccommodate one-bedroom units with one-and-a-half baths, and a den with up to two-bedroom units, two-and-a-half baths and a den. The upstairs/downstairs floor planned units incorporate features like granite counters in kitchens and baths, stainless steel hardware and plumbing systems, and crown molding. Other features include a refrigerator made of stainless steel, front-loading washers and dryers, along with two-car direct access garages.
Village of Cypress features five salt water pools, five spas and a wading pool, five outdoor fireplaces, and ample barbecue spaces. The communities house conference room, as well as three business centres consisting of computers, colour printer, and an Internet Café. There is also a cardio theatre and four fitness centres equipped with strength and cardio equipment. Other features of the facility include clubhouses sporting gaming areas and Internet cafes, spacious evergreen canopy trees, tree-lined streets, and large lawn parkways. Plans are further on to create a commuity park with ball fields, tennis and basketball courts in the coming days.
