Tivoli Village consists of 225,000 square feet of shopping and dining facilities and 145,000 square feet of premium office space, located on a 29-acre site. The retail development contains luxury goods merchants, boutiques, health and beauty shops and a collection of restaurants. The development maintains the intricate tile work and unique architecture found in the Queensridge area where it is located.
Tivoli Village’s restaurant mix includes the Brio Tuscan Grille, an 8000 square feet restaurant with an Italian-style outdoor terrace. The retailers on site include Charming Charlie, women’s fashion accessories; Bobby Wheat Gallery; Jeff White Custom Jewelry; Obika eyewear collection; ROC Republic of Couture high-end designer brands; and The Dog House, a local manufacturer of organic dog food and supplies. Law firm Kolesar and Leatham, Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and Regus office and workplace services have already signed up for the office space.
EHB, one of the developers of Tivoli Village has also purchased a 11-acre parcel of land across Alta Drive, part of Boca Fashion Village. EHB plans to connect Tivoli Village with the land, where a second phase of complementary retail and dining is planned, with a walkway. The project’s 300,000-square-foot second phase will be completed by the holiday season in 2012, doubling the size of Tivoli Village. A third phase will add another 300,000 square feet by the end of 2013.
Plans for Tivoli Village also included a residential component of 340 condominium units in two five-storey towers and a ten-storey tower. These plans were, however, shelved due to the downturn in the housing market. Tivoli Village was scheduled to open in 2007, but was postponed several times in face of the economic slowdown.
