The store is located in a travelling beach house and resembles a Nantucket style of living. It features a tennis racket chandelier along with racks of navy blazers. In addition, the structure also incorporates colourful Top-Siders. The beach house also features gray cedar shingles and blue-and-white striped awnings.
The beach house also features an imitation fireplace filled with vintage croquet mallets with brightly painted decoy ducks on the mantle.
The beach shop sports a classic Hilfiger look and comprises ephemera including magnets, dog leashes, backgammon games, croquet sets amongst other items. There is also a specialised application that allows users to overlay Tommy Hilfiger clothes on their photos and share them with other people.
The store is on display in New York for four days following which it will be disassembled and taken to Los Angeles. Tommy Hilfiger plans to assemble separate houses for locations in European cities like London and Milan.
