The new facility will sport an upgraded layout to enhance convenience of the customers. It includes incorporation of wide aisles, and aligning of the departments most frequently visited by the customers.

The store will also imbibe a host of green elements. It will consist of skylights which will harvest daylight and reap up to 75% of daily energy cost cuts for lighting. Energy will be further reduced with installation of LED lighting systems which are 70% more efficient compared to conventional fluorescent lighting.

The restrooms of the facility will be equipped with low-flow toilets and faucets to cut down the amount of water consumption. The cement used in its concrete flooring will comprise reclaimed materials while the floor finish will decrease requirement for chemical cleaners. The store will also implement a recycling programme, and will employ measures to minimise waste.
