Welspun will use Louisville’s patented Flexi-Fit construction to produce a collection of bed sheets and covers. Flexi-Fit technology, when integrated in a sheet, enables it to fit any mattress size.
Flexi-Fit was created to meet the increasing size of the mattress after experimenting with elastics, pockets, and a variety of constructions. Louisville will continue manufacturing its Flexi-Fit sheets under the Beautyrest license.
Welspun will use the technique in a number of its brands, which include Christy, Nautica, and Smart Ideas for bed and bath collections. Flexi-Fit technology will also be used for the manufacturing of its pillow tops.
