The renovation project included a complete redesign of the luxury hotel’s corridors and all 803 guestrooms. The project marks the hotel’s fourth major renovation, since its establishment in 1983.

As part of the project, decor of the new guestrooms and corridors were upgraded, drawing inspiration from the Boston skyline and Copley Square’s grid pattern. The colour patterns of the new interiors include a rusty brick and bay colour that are characteristics of the classic Boston architecture.

The redesigned hotel also includes eco-friendly features such as high efficiency lighting, low VOC paint, recycled backing for all wall coverings and headboard fabric constructed from 66% recycled content, for which the property was awarded an Energy Star Rating.

The 1983 property is also inclusive of restaurants and bars and a newly added private VIP area.
