The refit aims to provide an inviting retail experience for Wireless Zone customers. The new stores have been designed to guide customers more efficiently to the products and services on offer.

The new stores are themed around the senses, featuring ‘sight’, ‘sound’, ‘touch’, ‘smell’ and ‘taste’ zones. The sight area features visuals that are open and bright with clearly marked zones, while the sound area comprises of trained employees to assist customers with making the right choice.

The touch area features test-drive products, while the smell and taste areas feature soothing scents to relax the shopper and large LCD screen to provide more information on the products being displayed.
